There are two large bins behind the car park, one for residual waste and one for packaging, both 1100 litre bins. New since 2023 is a composting area, just to the right of the ladies' toilet. Here you can dispose of vegetable waste etc. in a short way! For organisational reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with bin liners. If you are staying longer, you can borrow a bucket from the cashiers or bring your own yellow bag for plastic waste. Unfortunately, we do not have a return facility for glass waste and deposits. You can find bottle banks in Duingen and Eschershausen.
Just make sure you use less packaging and rubbish and buy fresh food, then we'll get a little closer to our common goal of a climate-neutral campsite together! You can find a list of recommended shopping facilities in the neighbourhood here.
